Green Cost Share

$14K Rebate before December 15th, 2024

What is the green cost share program?

The City of Minneapolis is offering a bonus rebate program that is available until December 15, 2024. Owners of single family and 2- to 4-unit buildings are eligible for making energy saving improvements. If you live in the Green Zone, you are eligible for a up to $14,000 rebate.
